Systems Engr II

📋 Description

• Develop basic and detailed engineering for instrumentation systems and field projects.
• Prepare instrument design bases, specs, and data sheets.
• Develop and review specs for flow, level, pressure, temp, and analyzers.
• Evaluate supplier offers, prepare recommendations, review vendor docs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing on testing, calibration, requirements.
• Prepare inspection/test plans; participate in field tests.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in instrumentation engineering and field projects.
• Strong knowledge of field instrumentation: flow, level, pressure, temp, valves, analyzers.
• Ability to prepare/interpret instrumentation docs, datasheets, P&IDs, control narratives, logic
• Experience with sizing, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, vendor reviews, and technical
• Familiarity with DCS/PLC systems; field installation, testing, calibration.
• Ability to work with project leads, supervision, manufacturing, and stakeholders.
