🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of combined experience as a software developer and manager
• 3+ years of technical management experience while staying hands-on
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience in distributed systems, systems programming, or solving scale challenges is preferred
• Proven expertise in managing projects through the full SDLC and feedback loops from customers
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and leading a team with senior engineers
