Test Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, delivery streams, internal teams
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle from planning to closure and reporting.
• Define and maintain testing strategies, plans, and artefacts.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, and ORT with quality gates at each stage.
• Collaborate with QA leads, engineers, PMs, stakeholders, and vendors to align testing with
• Act as testing SME, guiding methodology, risk management, test design, and phase approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years leading QA/testing teams on large-scale tech projects.
• Experience across full STLC including SIT, UAT, ORT.
• Hands-on experience as QA Lead/QA Engineer with technical contribution.
• Strong in coordinating multi-stream teams and vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for tracking and test management.
• Experience with test automation and at least one automation framework.
