Senior Analyst - Order Management

📋 Description

• Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and internal teams to resolve order issues.
• Maintain contract details aligned with billing policies.
• Analyze order processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Assist in revenue recognition and audit support.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve discrepancies quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years O2C experience in a high-growth SaaS env.
• Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
• Strong communication across levels and geographies.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving.
• Experience with Excel and Google Suite; MS Word/PowerPoint knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
