Lead - Program Management - Process Transformation & Automation

📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled & collaborative individual with experience in Deals Desk
• Work closely with Deals Desk and Order Management to automate CPQ processes.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance SFDC as per pre-sales requirements.
• Engage Sales to improve quote creation processes and adoption of CPQ.
• Coordinate BRD creation, testing, and UAT tracking; address system issues with IT for resolution.
• Implement product pricing updates with Product and ensure correct approver configurations per Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Order Management & Transformation (System Enhancement
• Hands-on CPQ experience and SFDC (CRM) expertise.
• Strong project management, communication and collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Experience with IT teams, certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP are a plus.
• MBA preferred; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and Excel/Google Suite skills.
