📋 Description

• Own production of campaigns end to end: brief, bid, budget, schedule, shoot, post and delivery.
• Build and manage budgets, hold work to them across the life of the job.
• Source and hire directors, production companies, crews and post vendors; negotiate bids and scopes.
• Collaborate with creative leads to ensure production meets brief requirements.
• Protect quality and schedule; manage stakeholder expectations and maintain trust with leadership.
• Coordinate talent bookings, usage windows and deliverables with Talent Partnerships and Business

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years producing branded content, commercials or campaigns with delivered productions across
• Proven track record owning production budgets and schedules on multiple concurrent jobs.
• Direct experience hiring and managing directors, production companies and post vendors.
• Full production process mastery: bidding, scheduling, on-set and post.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back when needed to protect quality and timeline.
• Autonomous, high-standard work in a fast-moving environment; clear English communication.
