Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform for
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Business Development, and exec leadership on priorities based
• Support multiple product deployment models (managed-platform and licensed-software).
• Establish engineering practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading teams for
• Proven experience owning large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to production
• Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key-management technologies (MPC, threshold signatures
• Cloud-native experience (Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra).
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST; AML/KYC) and regulatory
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure (custody, trading, staking, treasury, blockchain
