📋 Description

• The AV Operations Specialist provides tech services for meetings and events: networking, desktop
• Partners with customers and AV team to deliver excellent meeting experiences.
• Works with property and event teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reports to General Manager and Technology Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience supporting AV and IT equipment
• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s preferred
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of analog/digital audio mixers, wireless mics, projectors
• Basic Crestron and central control systems knowledge
• Basic data networking concepts; Macs/PCs/LANs servers
