Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple teams on custody, transaction auth, key management, wallets, blockchain integrations.
• Own architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Partner with Product, Security, BD, and execs on priorities and requirements.
• Support multiple deployment models: managed-platform and licensed-software.
• Establish practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, governance needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software, with 5+ years leading production-scale secure distributed systems.
• Experience owning large-scale security-critical platforms end-to-end.
• Expertise in modern cryptography, MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native design: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Security/compliance knowledge: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST; aware of SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA.
• Experience with digital asset infra: custody, trading, staking, treasury, settlement.
