📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; write specs for Data Engineering.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, and segmentation issues.
• Identify bottlenecks, patterns, and growth opportunities via data mining.
• Validate hypotheses; prioritize problems by potential impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability; apply methods to business questions.
• Proven experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics; apply them to evaluate performance and
