Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture, strategy, and roadmap for distributed MPC custody platform, incl. DR, governance
• Partner with Product, Security, BD, and execs to align investments with customer, regulatory
• Support multiple deployment models (managed-platform and licensed-software).
• Establish engineering practices meeting security, compliance, resilience, and governance for
• Lead production incidents, outages, security events, and key-management scenarios for continuous

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years leading production-scale distributed systems teams.
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key-management: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native design and operations: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Security/compliance knowledge for regulated financial services (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC)
• Experience with digital asset infra spanning custody, trading, staking, treasury, blockchain
