🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading teams responsible for
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from architecture to production
• Deep expertise in cryptography and secure key-management: MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, and HSMs.
• Cloud-native systems design: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and resilient infrastructure.
• Security/compliance knowledge for regulated financial services: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure spanning custody, trading, staking, treasury
