📋 Description

• The Home Health RN provides skilled, compassionate care in participants’ homes under CMS

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Unencumbered RN License required
• Minimum of one year nursing experience with frail/elderly population; home health preferred
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (or at hire preferred)
