🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a track record of impact.
• Full-stack capabilities: data models, APIs, background jobs, end-to-end ownership.
• Strong frontend skills: TypeScript, React; Vue is a plus, with polished UX and testing discipline.
• Experience building scalable web architectures.
• Expert in agentic development: building reusable AI automation to boost team velocity.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex systems to diverse audiences.
