Tooling Manager

📋 Description

• Own PS tooling and systems across regions; define what to build, buy, or retire.
• Architect and deploy automation and GenAI-driven workflows to reduce manual steps.
• Build production-ready automations and agents, enabling faster merchant onboarding and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and other tooling owners to keep integrations clean as the
• Turn system data into actionable insights and establish data quality standards.
• Shape the tooling function as a founding member of a new team.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in technical operations, systems or revenue operations (7–10 years).
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and relational data structures; experience with agentic AI
• Strong config/administration skills across modern project management and automation platforms; data
• Systems thinking; ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and ability to deploy and iterate quickly.
• Excellent cross-stakeholder collaboration and change management skills; bonus for experience with
