Unified Communications Integration Engineer, Public Safety

📋 Description

• Join a real-time UC team delivering a highly available 911 infrastructure
• Interoperate and assimilate Elastic, multi-tenant RTC/VoIP signaling services
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Sales, CTO Office, and Product managers
• Lead onboarding of new customers per requirements and Carbyne best practices
• Provide technical support and training for the Operations team on 911 systems
• Work with cloud and networking architectures to ensure high SLA

🎯 Requirements

• Proven VoIP architecture experience with open-source UC (Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk)
• Strong knowledge of SIP, SDP, RTP, WebRTC; codecs, encryption, transport
• 3+ years deploying open-source VoIP solutions
• 3+ years networking; solid OSI model and network layer understanding
• Linux environments experience; bash scripting
• Hands-on deployment on private/public clouds (AWS)
