• Develop and execute business development strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in business development, sales, operations, or related role
• Strong understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, construction, service, or related industries preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and generate new business
• Strong financial and business understanding; evaluate opportunities by revenue and profitability
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining productive working relationships
