Senior Engineering Manager, Fortary Platform

📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, tx authorization, key mgmt, wallet infra
• Own architecture, strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Align engineering with customer, regulatory, security, and business needs with stakeholders.
• Support multiple deployment models (managed-platform, licensed-software).
• Establish security/compliance/resilience/governance practices for a regulated platform.
• Lead production incidents, outages, and security events with quick resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software eng; 5+ years leading production-scale teams.
• Experience owning large-scale, security-critical platforms end-to-end.
• Deep crypto expertise: MPC, threshold sigs, TEEs, HSMs.
• Cloud-native design: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC; awareness of SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA.
• Experience with custody/trading/treasury/DAO infra across blockchain.
