Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the operational, financial, and data backbone of the partner and off-street portfolio.
• Manage partner revenue through dashboards and reporting tools.
• Automate recurring operational workflows to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate activation, signage orders, and launch readiness with internal teams.
• Support partner integrations end-to-end and monitor ticketing KPIs with Zendesk.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in partner operations, revenue operations, or similar cross-functional ops role.
• Proficiency with data query systems and dashboards (e.g., Looker).
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable ticketing platforms.
• Strong process-improvement mindset with proven workflow automation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
