📋 Description

• Own planning and execution of robotics development projects
• Lead cross-functional hardware and software teams across multiple sites
• Coordinate globally distributed engineers in Boston, Vancouver, and London
• Drive delivery of next-generation humanoid systems
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and processes for a portfolio of projects
• Collaborate across Systems, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML, Regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years post-graduate experience as a project/program manager
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field relevant to robotics or engineering
• Technical background in complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
• Strong understanding of agile software and sequenced hardware development
• Proficiency with multiple program management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
