Supply & Logistics Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate purchasing, inventory, shipping, and warehousing tasks onsite in Hardware Production.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and lead times.
• Track inventory, stock levels, and replenishment; resolve discrepancies.
• Handle parcel, freight, and international shipments, with documentation and returns.
• Collaborate with Production, Finance, and logistics partners to fulfill needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; or 4+ years of related work.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed with strong communication.
• Experience with purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• ERP systems experience; proficient with Google Suite; CRM familiarity.
• Preferred: PO management, freight/international shipping, SOP docs.
