📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform.
• Partner with Product, Security, Business Development, and executives to align tech with
• Hands-on leader shaping engineering practices, incidents, and leadership development.
• Influence platform security, resilience, and regulatory readiness for financial-institution-grade

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading production-scale
• Proven ownership of large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep expertise in modern cryptography, MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, and HSMs.
• Cloud-native systems experience: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Security/compliance knowledge: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, AML/KYC; aware of SEC, CFTC, OCC, MiCA.
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure: custody, trading, staking, treasury, settlement.
