📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering custody, transaction authorization, key management
• Own architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform for

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading production-scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record owning large-scale, security-critical platforms from design to operation.
• Deep cryptography and secure key-management expertise (MPC, threshold signatures, TEEs, HSMs).
• Cloud-native experience: Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, resilient infra.
• Security/compliance familiarity (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST; AML/KYC awareness; SEC/CFTC/OCC/MiCA
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure across custody, trading, staking, treasury, and
