📋 Description

• Actively engages trainees as validated by classroom observation
• Provides instruction per Wisconsin DHS 83.20 using the standard curriculum
• Manages classroom environment and discipline for effective learning
• Demonstrates competency-based instruction and cooperative learning techniques
• Maintains attendance records per guidelines
• Submits names of graduates to the Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years related experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials
• Ability to write reports and present information
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate with varied audiences
• Minimum of Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Valid State Driver’s License recommended; state certification/licensing in the center’s location
