- Lead day-to-day operation of Consett workshop
- Supervise and mentor workshop team
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Hands-on machining activities: machining, milling, turning
- Coordinate work through MRF system
- Maintain high standards and client service
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in workshop/mfg/engineering or materials testing
- Previous supervisory/foreman experience
- Hands-on machining knowledge with workshop equipment
- Ability to read drawings and work instructions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with workshop planning and continuous improvement (Desirable)
