📋 Description

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate into technical
• Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers from discovery to deployment
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work
• Deliver technical content for engineers and executives; communicate value and architecture
• Lead integration patterns and guide Claude deployment in customer tech stacks
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, SE, TAM)
• Native or C1 German speaker; fluent English
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, incl. C-suite
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Comfortable with Python; familiarity with LLM frameworks and ML/DS background
