📋 Description

• Provide technical support to enterprise customers on storage infra issues
• Own cases end to end from triage to resolution
• Diagnose storage, host connectivity, and performance problems
• Troubleshoot HW and SW during platform use
• Communicate with customers professionally during escalations
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams for outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in technical/infrastructure support
• Hands-on enterprise storage troubleshooting
• Storage concepts and support methodology
• Storage: SAN, NAS, FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, RAID
• OS: Linux and Windows fundamentals
• Virtualization: VMware or similar
