Senior Research Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Own data lifecycle for agent research: collect, curate, preprocess, QA, and deliver to training
• Design/build data pipelines for agent training across text, image, and multimodal sources
• Build infrastructure for data loading, storage, and retrieval at scale (S3, distributed systems)
• Collaborate with researchers to translate requirements into data specs
• Develop tooling for dataset construction and annotation workflows
• Document datasets and establish quality standards for reproducibility

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python software engineering skills
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and ML DevOps
• Experience with ML data workflows: processing, versioning, tokenization
• Hands-on with data pipelines for distributed ML training
• Familiarity with annotation tooling (Label Studio etc.)
• Understanding of ML training needs for LLM/VLM fine-tuning
