Manager, Critical Facilities Operations Center

📋 Description

• Lead 24/7 CFOC operations for Fleet campuses, including telemetry, alarm triage, dispatch and event
• Staff, train, and develop playbooks, escalation paths, and KPI governance across the CFOC.
• Own execution of incident triage, triage workflows, and communications to site teams and leadership.
• Drive shift leadership, staffing models, and shift-based operations for critical facilities.
• Track CFOC performance metrics (MTTA, dispatch time, escalation effectiveness) and drive continuous
• Partner with site operations, engineering, and critical systems to improve alarm quality and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in mission-critical operations, 24/7 command-center style environments, or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and experience managing shift-based or operations center teams.
• Operational discipline, strong incident management, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with data center facilities operations, telemetry, alarm management, escalation, and
