Senior Software Engineer II, Marketing Enablement

📋 Description

• Drive the team’s technical roadmap and architectural decisions, balancing short and long-term
• Enhance developer productivity by evolving processes, tools, and abstractions that improve team
• Lead team-wide initiatives and propose strategic work on behalf of engineering management
• Champion advanced observability, resilience (including chaos engineering and disaster recovery)
• Mentor engineers up to L5, act as a force multiplier through well-documented processes, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience with leadership in roadmaps.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python with reusable abstractions and patterns.
• Deep knowledge of building scalable, high-throughput systems with observability and security.
• Partner with senior Product and Marketing leaders to influence product roadmap.
• Proven ability to boost team productivity via tooling and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
