- National BAS service ops leader for end-to-end execution
- Oversee multi-site BAS service delivery across portfolio
- Coordinate across branches, CSC, sales, and project teams
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and service quality
- Lead remote operations and 24/7 monitoring activities
- Ensure scalable, high-performance BAS service org
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in BAS service delivery and field ops
- Strong program mgmt, forecasting, and billing knowledge
- Leadership of 9–20 direct reports (remote/field)
- Knowledge of remote monitoring, ROC, and service workflows
- Ability to drive SOPs and continuous improvement
- Customer experience focus and cross-functional collaboration
