Specialty Pharmacy Supervisor of Patient Services

📋 Description

• Lead a team of up to 10 FTEs in patient services
• Oversee daily operations and workflows with Manager of Patient Services
• Mentor staff, monitor productivity, and ensure service excellence
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Liaisons, technicians, and PSC staff
• Drive workflow improvements and staffing coverage as needed
• Support onboarding and access requirements for new hires

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
• 1+ year Pharmacy Liaison experience preferred
• State registration and national CPhT certification (or timeframe)
