Partner Enablement Manager (Remote Eligible - Costa Rica)

📋 Description

• Execute the Partner Enablement program and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program success
• Facilitate training sessions on Smartsheet products, technical topics, sales, and enablement content
• Lead live and virtual events with high audience engagement; manage multi-hour presentations
• Oversee partner onboarding, ongoing skill development, and certification preparation in the LMS and
• Address partner enablement requests per SLAs and partner status
• Monitor trends and feedback to improve enablement practices and program effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a technical field such as training, customer success, or technical support
• Experience with a services-centric partner community in B2B software
• Passion for web-based technologies and understanding Smartsheet use cases and technical elements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical
