📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Local market knowledge of clientele and brand
• Lead Sales, Operations and Visual teams to meet goals
• Demonstrate strong business acumen with KPI focus
• Lead and coach team to drive sales and profitability
• Oversee operations and visual standards for store execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work variable shifts incl. weekends/holidays
• Independent work ethic and time management
