🎯 Requirements
- Professional video editing experience
- Experience with short-form and social content
- Vertical 9:16 editing experience
- Experience from raw footage and transcripts
- Strong pacing, storytelling, viewer retention
- Proficient in Premiere Pro/AE/DaVinci/Final Cut
