Client Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary implementation contact for Enterprise/SMB clients during order and install
• Manage multiple client implementations, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Lead calls and provide proactive status updates on orders, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate with telecom providers, carriers, vendors, sales, and internal tech teams.
• Track orders using internal systems; maintain documentation.
• Identify issues before they impact timelines; follow up on milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in telecom/technology implementation or similar.
• Experience with multiple telecom products/technologies: DIA, broadband, fiber, Ethernet, MPLS
• Experience with multiple carriers/service providers; manage ordering, provisioning, installation
• Strong technical aptitude for telecom terminology, network requirements, and dependencies.
• Experience managing multiple client orders through full lifecycle.
