AI-Native Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Contribute to end-to-end features with ownership and design input.
• Leverage AI in daily workflow using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted development workflows and guardrails.
• Write and improve tests to ensure reliable AI-generated code.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 1+ years feature ownership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and system design.
• Excellent coding and debugging skills; ability to navigate large codebases.
• Hands-on experience with AI fundamentals and prompt design for LLMS.
