📋 Description

• Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care in the client’s home
• Flexible scheduling with day/overnight shifts
• Private duty care for one client at a time
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• No weekend requirement for some assignments
• Decatur and surrounding communities assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in home health and private duty is a plus
• Ability to provide personalized, high-quality care
• Strong communication with clients and families
• Comfort with 1:1 patient care in home settings
