📋 Description

• Lead operational and financial performance of Matter Health’s Massachusetts market
• Oversee execution across buildings, care teams, community relationships, and payer partnerships
• Accountable for market-level metrics: patient engagement, access, scheduling efficiency, staffing
• Operate in a dyad with Market Medical Director to align clinical and operational priorities
• Drive growth through value-based care and scalable multisite healthcare operations
• Provide operational/administrative support to licensed clinical teams and on-site leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license
• 5+ years in a director-level healthcare operations role or similar scope
• Experience leading multisite, multi-clinic, or market-level healthcare operations
• Direct P&L ownership or meaningful financial responsibility for a healthcare market
• Experience in value-based, risk-based, or payer-aligned healthcare models
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to use metrics to drive action
