📋 Description
- Lead a pod of search experience pros; manage 2-4 direct reports from specialist to senior
- Own team retention, growth paths, and coaching cadence; ensure high client satisfaction and
- Oversee SEO, GEO/AEO, content strategy, and AI-native workflows; drive product and process
🎯 Requirements
- 4-5 years in digital marketing, 3+ in agency settings.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with search experience execution.
- 3+ years of team management; performance management and development planning.
- Strong understanding of search experience within the marketing funnel; knowledge of GEO/AEO and AI
- Excellent written/verbal communication; self-motivated with strong leadership and collaboration
- Proven ability to use AI to optimize workflows and drive client outcomes.
