Production Supervisor - Late Shift

📋 Description

• Oversee production team to meet performance goals (efficiency, FPY, hours accuracy, scrap, DHR
• Lead hours 11pm-7:30am, Mon-Fri; hire, train, and motivate personnel to follow procedures and meet
• Redline and maintain Manufacturing Process Instructions; address technical line support issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve production issues and drive quality improvements.
• Document variances, provide performance feedback, and report production metrics (output, yield
• Support safety policies, Lean initiatives, and outsourcing or ECO reviews as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Lean, DFT, and 6 Sigma knowledge with emphasis on 6S.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical skills; experience in Manufacturing Operations or related field (3-5 years or
• Internal candidates with 5+ years of Intuitive experience may waive education requirements.
