Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own projects from planning to completion with detailed plans and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Marketing, CS, and Support.
• Maintain visibility into status, risks, decisions, and scope changes.
• Host regular syncs and remove blockers for engineering and product teams.
• Drive timely decisions and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical Project Management in SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record of cross-functional, complex tech/data projects.
• Fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured execution plans.
• Strong communication for Directors and leadership, with risk visibility.
• AI & Automation mindset to optimize workflows.
