📋 Description

• Find new communities and opportunities in AI-native and non-web3 spaces.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with those communities.
• Drive engagement and support activation after relationships are formed.
• Engage in community discussions; surface themes and pain points for program input.
• Sync community observations into ongoing planning with the team.
• Support Reddit strategy, moderation, and content sourcing with the moderator team.

🎯 Requirements

• Active presence within AI-focused or non-web3 online communities.
• Experience initiating and growing relationships with new communities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
