🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• 3+ years in Technical Account Management/Customer Success/Solutions Delivery
• Strong networking basics and security tech (HTTP, DNS, SSL, DLP, CASB, SDWAN)
• Experience with AI/ML concepts, AI-driven solutions
• Ability to analyze data and develop adoption/risk mitigation plans
• Leadership in cross-functional escalations
