• Own the technical vision and evolution of Faire’s ML platform
• Set standards and influence org-wide architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience building large-scale ML/data platforms
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics or related field
• Deep Databricks lakehouse expertise with Unity Catalog governance
• Proven ability to design multi-team data science and production workloads
• Strong distributed systems, ML infrastructure, and cloud architecture
• Technical leadership across teams; influence without authority
