📋 Description

• Provide operational leadership for ALUSB’s eMBA and postgraduate programmes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for postgraduate and special programmes, including PSF and corporate
• Partner with academic teams to align delivery with programme design and learner outcomes.
• Lead operational design and launch of new programmes and initiatives, assessing resources, risks
• Translate School priorities into clear operational plans and drive delivery against quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in operations, program management, event management, or related roles; higher
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with high-quality outcomes.
• Experience budgeting, optimizing processes, and delivering operational performance at scale.
• Strong project management skills with tools such as Asana, Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
