Automation Build Engineer, Development (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead large-scale projects to optimize fabrication and integration processes
• Coordinate across automation, supply chain, production, and development operations
• Develop standardized procedures to improve shop throughput and safety
• Manage modular automation assets from raw material to handoff
• Drive design updates to address manufacturing issues and obsolescence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 2+ years in design, manufacturing, or production of mechanical/electrical hardware
• Experience in DFMEA/PFMEA, SPC, and tooling design for manufacturability
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (NX, Catia, SolidWorks or equivalent)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
