📋 Description

• Drive store profitability and efficiency with the Ops & Visual Mgmt team
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet business goals
• Move dynamically across store to assist guests and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operational role
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Part-time non-exempt; up to 30 hours/week
• Must be able to work during peak holiday/shopping periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environment
