• Shape the future of trade surveillance and help strengthen compliance across global financial
• Work closely with clients to strengthen and evolve trade surveillance and compliance monitoring
• Act as a trusted contact for surveillance product owners, technology teams and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in trade surveillance or a front-office-facing role, with
• Strong knowledge of trade surveillance systems and controls, including NASDAQ SMARTS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client, business, product and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing surveillance change processes and delivering requirements within governance
• Strong time management and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
