Senior Manager, Insurance Customer Operations

📋 Description

• Lead core elements of Insurance Operations for policy servicing
• Coach a high-performing ops team and scale initiatives
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, CX, and Carrier Partners
• Design processes to improve efficiency and regulatory alignment
• Own dashboards, metrics, and incident management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in insurance ops or CX; 2+ years in leadership
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, compliance
• Deep knowledge of life insurance ops, policy admin, QA, regulatory needs
• Analytical with data-driven decision making; SQL/Tableau a plus
• Hands-on with Jira, Salesforce, QA systems
• Bachelor’s in business/ops or risk; advanced degree a plus
